What are @stephenplunkett and I talking about here? And why do I look so amazed? Is it because @chainedforlifefilm is now available through @kinolorber to rent/own on iTunes/Amazon? That it’s a @nytimes Critics Pick AND 100% certified fresh on @rottentomatoes ? Maybe. To find out, watch the @tokyochorus masterpiece CHAINED FOR LIFE. You’ve never seen anything like it.

So proud to be a part of this film! There’s nothing quite like it. ・・・
Repost#. This is the 3rd highest-rated movie of the year on Rotten Tomatoes (is there a higher honor??)🍅and is on the New Yorkers list of Top Films of 2019...So what does that mean for YOU?? Well, now you can cozy up by the fire and watch this gem on AMAZON (you’ve probably heard of it), iTUNES (is iTunes still a thing? This Apple Music thing has me all confused), GooglePlay, Vudu and KinoNow.💪🏼It’s also available on DVD and Blue-Ray and makes a lovely stocking stuffer.🧦 .

In one week this funny, strange, warm-hearted, insightful, one-of-a-kind film comes to theaters in New York and Los Angeles. So many talented people have contributed to bringing this beautiful vision from @tokyochorus to life and I’m proud to be a part of it. If you’re in either city I’d highly recommend making the effort to go out and have a great movie-going experience. You won’t regret it.

A week from today CHAINED FOR LIFE will open in LA at the @ltlosangeles Nuart Theatre! AND @jessweixler will be there opening night! FRIDAY 9/13 ••• Counting down in NYC too: @ifccenter starting WED 9/11. For anyone who’s been considering seeing this movie for the past year, this could be one of the last opportunities to see it in AN ACTUAL MOVIE THEATER. Thank you @kinolorber 👊
