How about that! I'm spending the next 30 days growing the "Don't Fall Short-Stache" as a 2026 Grower with @m4knashville

Will you give $5, $10, $20, $50 or any amount to support our last fundraiser of the year supporting these charities:

👉 Williamson County CASA
👉 @tlc_nash (TLC)
👉 Blind Early Services TN (BEST)
👉 High Hopes
👉 Stronger than My Father, Inc

There is still time to help me decide what type of stache I will rock this year! I need your help to choose my humiliation!

Most of you can spare a few dollars to help kids right? Who’s in?

Donate here: https://donate.m4kamerica.com/grower/demetrius-short

Can donate right now? Like, comment, and share this post to help!

Bye-Bye Mustache!

Today is the day to shave and "Grow The Extra Mile" to support our October @m4knashville Fundraiser.

I named my mustache "Don't Fall Short-stache" and would love you to make a $10, $25, $50, $100 or more donation to my personal fundraiser (click link in bio). Last year we raised $88k dollars and @tlc_nash
was awarded a check for $47,700!!!

Let's make it happen again!

We are still taking the time to relive our moments with so many great people at this past weekends “Steps Of Success 5K” Event ⭐️

It was so much to take in, with it being our first year at the annual event, but rest assured each person we spoke to and each hand we shook, definitely made the experience worth it.

A man of faith, and a volunteer at the event, we took some time to talk with our good friend and brother Bradley. He lets us in on the testimony of how God brought him out of a 2 year severe depression, and you guys know how we are with mental health. 🙏🏽

Bradley encourages everyone out there that there is no one like THE One. The One that sits high, looks low, and as we used to sing as children … has the whole world in His hands. ✝️

We thank Bradley, and for a final time, a major thanks to @demetriusshort @mr.dontfallshort & everyone that took part in the Steps Of Success 5K Event.

Felt out of shape this year so we stayed behind the mic 😂 next year we will definitely be participating! ✌🏽

Last weekend, we spent some time downtown early Saturday morning alongside Demetrius Short, and a host of other volunteers, mentors, businesses, and runners … to take part in the “Steps Of Success 5K” Event 🔥

A major thanks to @stepsofsuccess5k @demetriusshort for having us be a part of such a great event raising money to better our kids future 🙏🏽

Anytime we pop up at events, you guys know we got the mic in hand looking to do our famous BMVT “✌🏽” Minute interviews. Today, we talk with @j.oye7 , the proud Co-Owner of the Nigerian based coffee called “Oye Coffee Co”. ☕️ @oyecoffeeco

Jonathan talks with us about the business, but more importantly, we talk about what this month is all about … Suicide Awareness Month. 💚 Take some time to listen to Jonathan give sound advice to anyone who many be dealing with suicidal ideations/thoughts 🙏🏽

This weekend reminded us exactly why community will always be at the heart of what we do. 🤎

We came ready to run, cheer, support and celebrate, and left with full hearts and so much to be proud of.

We watched 10 Sin Miedo members cross their very first 5K finish line. 🥹

We celebrated Luis as the overall winner, and 12 Sin Miedo runners earning 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their age groups, with our community represented from under 9 all the way to 60+. 🏆🔥

But one of the most rewarding parts was seeing the students this work is ultimately for out there running, volunteering, cheering and being part of the day.

Because showing up for community isn’t only about what we accomplish ourselves. It’s about being present for each other, supporting the work already happening in our city, and making sure the next generation sees people who look like them participating, leading and giving back.

Thank you to Steps of Success and @ for trusting Sin Miedo to stand alongside your mission and welcoming our community into something that reaches far beyond the finish line.

Run Free. Run Bold. Run Sin Miedo.

Another Steps of Success 5K with our YES crew! 👟

Our YES kids and staff joined the Steps of Success 5K yesterday- encouraging each other, staying active, and celebrating each person who crossed the finish line. Physical activity is one of the ways we work to enrich the lives of our youth and this 5k
helps bring our mission to life.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this Nashville event year after year!!

What a way to launch! 🚚🥤✨

The City Juicery Juice N’ Smoothie Truck officially hit the streets at the 5K Steps to Success — and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

A beautiful morning, great energy, and a community moving with purpose. We were grateful to be right there nourishing runners and walkers with fresh juice and smoothies before AND after they crossed that finish line. 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🍉🥭

This is what City Juicery is about — wellness meeting you where you are.

The truck is officially OUTSIDE. 💚🚚
