🎓Bachelor of Arts 🎓

I keep forgetting but… I did move to an insanely huge city alone, I did cry on the plane, I did cry most of my first day in halls, I did get lost many times, I did question myself whether it’s even worth it, I did meet pure and kind people, I did want to change the course, I did like my course in the end, I did get mansplained, I did challenge myself, I did move in with some very talented but complete strangers and became very close friends with them, I did fall in love, I did get heartbroken, I did cry underneath the pouring rain during my night shift somewhere in Dalston, I did escape London sometimes, I did come back, I did laugh so hard I couldn’t breathe and I did dance like nobody’s watching, I did work hard, I did kill my back and posture, I did like writing my dissertation with almost no academic resources 👀, I did feel homesick (still kinda do), I did go to many workshops and developed my technical knowledge, I did create some mediocre projects, I did create some very cool ones too, I did believe in our team, I did it, I graduated ❤️

Here are some photos from that marvelous day with my lovely uni friends and hopefully friends for the whole life!
The sixth photo is purely for the Big Ben but if you scroll a bit further, you’ll find a little montage of clips from my camcorder that we used for filming our degree show promo video while simultaneously stressing out about our final submissions and crits. The pink stairs - forever in my heart🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻Scroll a bit further and you’ll find a photo of that 19 year old Nastya who was traveling to London not as a tourist for the first time in her life😘

Four years gone in one day. I’ll be forever grateful to myself to have choose to study at @uniwestminster, it has been an emotional rollercoaster, started slow and calm and then spiced up with covid 19; nevertheless this didn’t stop me to create very deep friendships that I hope will last forever. The 18 y.o. Marta never imagined one day to be cheered by so many people at her graduation, and to her I would say that it is possible, you are not so invisible as you think.
I’ll be forever and ever grateful to you guys, you made these years unforgettable. ❤️❣️
