Membership Month

The impacts our members had made over the years can't be overlooked. You all are the pivotmen that uphold the dignity and form the strength of the organization. You aren't just ordinary people but extra ordinary individuals who had gone out of their various comfort zones to making sure the club effects the very good changes they had been wanting to see in action. And Yes, those changes have been ultimately felt both in local and national communities through the unwavering support in any form collated from our individual Rotarian.

Frankly speaking, I must commend every Rotarian for how thus far they've made the organization to reach. And this just made me realize you all aren't just Rotarians but Rotarians with difference in your best approach to creating everlasting solutions to human beings problems. Undoubtedly, you all actions could be said to be synonymous to the unshattered nature of rock that never disintegrated amidst crisis. And this also has made me to sit up and geared up my leadership traits in order to serve better and more.

Now, it's glaring that if we can only work on our membership that is, getting more practical and resourceful fellows to join the organization then we are not only directly increasing the strength of our organization but also indirectly adding more values to the people and society at large. I must say it is a mandate for us as an individual Rotarian for the impact of a single person you bring could actually go a long way.
For this to come to effect, it means we've got to really bring all hands on deck.

Thank You All, God bless!

Rotn. Chibuzor Okpala
President, R.C. Ogudu GRA, District 9110, Nigeria.

To The Newly Inducted Member!

One Profits Most Who Serves Best ...
Arthur F. Sheldron

Congratulations to you Rotn. Chuka Uzoegwu for the feat newly achieved to be a Distinguished member of this Prestigious Rotary Club of Ogudu GRA. We warmly welcome you to this great family.

I must say you've made one of the best decisions ever in this month to be a Rotarian and this you've done will forever reward you positively provided you think, say or do things in line with the 4way test of Rotary.

Being A Rotarian actually goes beyond ordinary socializing however, while we socialize we also make life transforming decisions, make the world a better place for all humans to survive, how we can move forward as a promised organization and how we can positively influence and impact our lives and other people's lives.

In simplicity, the phrase "Service Above Self" which is the motto of Rotary Worldwide. This you must make your daily watch word. It's means doing away with our egos and doing what is best for others through our characters, manpower and materials.

We encourage you to expand your knowledge in Rotary, and to strengthen your leadership and communication skills by actively participating in the activities of the club, including attending weekly meetings, social events, and service projects.

You will also be provided with many opportunities through the Rotary Club of Ogudu and district 9110 to enhance and expand your professional and personal skills, and these opportunities can provide great value to you.

And lastly, I personally want to thank every member who was in attendance yesterday for the induction ceremony, thank you for honoring Rotary in me, I really appreciate🙏🏿
And to my ever effective PAG. Bala Yesufu, thanks for performing the norms as regard the induction.

May God keep everyone🙏🏿
