To the girl who made me a mom and changed our whole world… ❤️

And just like that… our baby girl is 13!!! (What??!!)

Maddie, we don’t know how the years have gone by so quickly, but what an incredible gift it has been to watch you grow into the beautiful young lady you are today. Your intelligence, strength, determination, incredible talents in so many areas, sense of humor, and the way you love those around you make us so incredibly proud to be your parents.

We love your fierce spirit, your contagious laugh, and the way you embrace life with your whole heart. From our silly moments and endless laughter to the memories we’ve made and the ones still to come, we treasure every bit of this life we share. We pray you always know how deeply you are loved, how wonderfully God made you, and how much He has planned for your life.

We wish we could slow down time just a little, but we also can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead of you. No matter how old you get, you will always be our baby girl.

Happy 13th birthday, our sweet Mad Mad! We love you to the moon and back… and then some. ❤️😘 @steve2surf

This wasn’t easy … but I showed up and did it! Grateful that my husband @steve2surf transformed our basement into a home gym! Would love to know if this resonates! #menopause #fitafter50 #fitnessjourney

It’s FINALLY here!! 🎉📖

My new book is officially live on Amazon, and I could not be more excited to share it with you.

As a physical therapist, I wanted this book to feel different — encouraging, easy to follow, and packed with the kind of detailed instruction that truly helps people feel successful and safe while exercising.

Inside you’ll find:
✔️ Step-by-step exercise instruction
✔️ Strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance exercises
✔️ A full-color downloadable video + photo guide
✔️ Simple wellness and progress trackers to help you stay motivated and consistent

This book was created to help you move more confidently, build strength safely, and feel better in your body — one step at a time 💛

Thank you for cheering me on and supporting this dream of mine. I’m incredibly grateful.
