My view for the timpani battle at the end of Nielsen’s Symphony 4 this week with @tulsasymphony. @stevecraf is killing it!

Had a blast(er) of a time playing Star Wars: Return of the Jedi this week with the @okc_phil ! There was A LOT of music (there’s a point where the orchestra is playing for 60 minutes non-stop)! On top of a lot of music, there was a lot of gear!

Shout out to the awesome percussion (and timpani) section this week!

I have had the pleasure of playing several masterpieces with the Tulsa Symphony. My favorite concert was the one I played cymbals in Mahler’s Third Symphony.
