A few weeks ago we had the privilege of producing an intimate dinner for guests and representatives of the New Mexico Tourism Department. The goal was to highlight #newmexico and create a #newmexicotrue outdoor inspired experience. After looking at our list below of over 26 local farms and producers, which was more than the total guest count, I’d say we nailed it!

I went glamping for the first time and I absolutely loved it.

I did get lost in the desert for a minute, because google dropped me off where I wasn’t suppose to be. Determined to find it I saw a group of vehicles in front of a trail head. I decided maybe that was where I was suppose to go. I packed my backpack threw it over my shoulders and took on the trail. As I wondered through the desert with the song “A horse With No Name” on repeat in my head I kept hearing voices so I thought I was on the right track. Even though I only saw bike tracks and kept telling myself they must have rode in on bikes. Well I finally found the voices and it was group of mountain bikers (or vision 😂😂) and they “guided me” as to where to go.

When I finally got there I was greeted with a cold margarita with a beautiful garnish of a flower and baby snap peas. I had found an Oasis in the desert.

@staykitfox host weddings, retreats, and several type of group events. Don’t worry if you don’t have a big group you can still have an amazing experience with their “Dine In The Wild” series, which includes dinner an overnight stay coffee or tea and Breakfast. You need to hurry and grab your ticket, they are nearly sold out for the summer.
