On stage question 🤍

It was such an honor to take the Miss Louisiana stage and share a little bit of my passion for Loving My Mind an initiative that focuses on mental health awareness and emotional expression through art! This year provided me with so many opportunities to share how important mindset and self love are and encourage people to have tough conversations with their friends and family members about what mental health looks like.

Getting ready to pass on the crown this Sunday and want to take a moment to reflect on my year in the crown and my time at Miss Louisiana.

One word to describe this year was growth. I grew in ways I never imagined I could and I am honored to see the next woman step into her year as Miss Avoyelles arts and Music Festival.

Thank you to everyone who has followed along - I have a few more post coming and hopefully I will see you Sunday for the Miss Avoyelles Arts and Music Festival Pageant at the Paragon Casino and Resort! 🖤
