Urgent! Sharky #A5789404 is. 4 yr old, 71 lbs neutered German Shepherd who was surrendered by the only family he had known for 4 years.

The reason?

His family said they could no longer afford the responsibility of caring for him and they also said they although he‘s very sweet they didn’t like his deformed left rear paw and missing toes.

And now this sweet boy is paying the ultimate price.

Sharky is URGENT and past his deadline. He could be euthanized for space as soon as tomorrow.

Sparky is friendly and easy to handle. He loves affection. He loves walks and playing fetch. His favorite toy is a Kong. He lived with children ages 1–7 and was playful with them.

With dogs, Sharky is social and non-reactive. He has a gentle, dainty play style and is okay with large dogs.

He’s a little unsure when someone touches his paw. He pulls his foot away and looks worried—but he never growls or attempts to bite. He simply walks away… and then comes right back to ask for affection again.

This is the dog they are about to euthanize.

And the most devastating part?

Sharky is currently housed in a building out of public view.

So how is he supposed to find the person who will save his life if the people who could adopt him can’t even see him?

Sharky needs a FOSTER, RESCUE, or LOVING FOREVER HOME IMMEDIATELY.

His time is almost gone.

Please contact us if you can foster or responsibly adopt him:

Urgent! As a tiny puppy, Vyke walked out of the shelter believing he’d found his family for life.
Instead, he came back a year later. And this time he’s terrified.

Now Vyke is running out of time in a high-kill shelter, and he desperately needs someone willing to give him a forever home or a foster home.

Vyke #A5712307 1yr Neutered German shep mix
Owner surrendered 6/24/26

🆘Final notice expired, can be euthanized any moment🆘 RO

If you can foster, adopt, or rescue, please act immediately.

Behavior Notes:
(please take into consideration that many dogs will be extremely scared and defensive and during a behavior assessment and will not show their true self until they are in a safe environment.)

Vyke was difficult to leash & remove from the kennel. Once out Vyke appears to not be leash trained flailing/alligator rolling. Once he settled down he was placed in a roll cart and was taken to the catch pen. Vyke was back tied and was collared/leashed using a slow
approach. He appeared timid at the barrier and was guided into the play yard with calm gentle/dainty dogs. Vyke displayed a hunched tense body. Vyke was avoidant of the dogs approaching to greet him. He scurried away to the corner of the yard when one of the dogs attempted to play. He spent the majority of the play session at the far end of the play yard keeping to himself. He appeared wary of the dogs or handlers and was avoidant of them if they approached. Vyke spent the remainder of the play session keeping to himself in the far end of the play yard. Vyke was leashed and was able to be walked back to his kennel without incident. Vyke could benefit from a slow and patient introduction & approach with further socialization and confidence building. Vyke is recommended to be made available to Rescue Only (+KHOA handling sensitivity/lack of socialization) medium energy level calm dogs required at
this time.

Please help us make sure this is not where Draco’s story ends.

He urgently needs a foster, adopter, or rescue commitment.

Draco #A5786644  1yr Neutered blk GSD 36 lbs.
Owner surrendered 6/30/26 due to cost

Behavior Notes:
(please take into consideration that many dogs will be extremely scared and defensive and during a behavior assessment and will not show their true self until they are in a safe environment.)

LARGE DOGS OK
Energy Level: MEDIUM

Draco required gentle coaxing to
exit the kennel, walked nicely on leash, and was easy to collar. He has been to playgroup a few times since his initial assessment, and has shown significant improvement. He has
become more confident with the other dogs, and will engage in play with a push/pull playstyle. He offers strong corrections
when he feels overwhelmed by the other dogs, or when they hover over him. He is easy to steer when necessary, and will
immediately move away from the other dogs with a verbal correction from the handler. He has become more comfortable
with handling, and willingly solicits petting from the handlers while licking their hands, arms, and faces. Draco is tolerant of
the other dogs, has a medium energy level, and prefers a gentle/dainty playstyle.

Please share Draco. Your share could reach the person who saves his life.

📌 Pledge needed: Write the amount you would like to donate in the comments, in case Daniel and / or Rome will be rescued.

The average lifespan of a Belgian Malinois is 12–14 years.
But Winona may lose her life at only 8 months old.

🆘She’s just a puppy and already out of time! Her final notice expired 5/14🆘

This beautiful puppy entered the shelter as a stray on 5/5/26. After just 9 days, she was placed on the euthanasia list. Now, she is already more than 10 days past deadline and living on borrowed time. Every single day could be her last. 💔
And the most heartbreaking part? Winona is just a baby.

Winona #A5774629 8m Tan/Black Female Belg Malinois 47 lbs.
Stray came in on 5/5/26

Winona is a sweet, gentle girl who may be shy at first, but blossoms beautifully once she feels safe. She can be cautious in new situations and benefits from slow introductions, but with patience and kindness, her playful side quickly shines through. Winona enjoyed socializing with other dogs, engaging in playful chase and wrestling once she warmed up, and happily sought affection from handlers. She has a medium energy level, a fun push/pull playstyle, and would thrive in a loving home that can continue building her confidence and helping her feel secure.

Please don’t scroll past Winona.
She needs a hero NOW!

If you can foster or responsibly adopt Winona, pls meet her at the shelter or comment below or dm us since the shelter doesn’t support fosters.

Bogey is only 2 yrs old and can’t believe his family abandoned him🥺
That’s what makes this hurt so much.

He is still looking for the family who left him and hopes every person who walks by is there for him. The truth is, that’s just the shelter staff because he’s being kept in a building out of public view…

Bogey should have years ahead of him. Instead, he was left behind, and now sits on death row waiting for strangers to decide if he matters enough to save.

He is a young, gorgeous, intelligent GSD/ Mal mix who needs the right person, real structure, and a real chance. He is social with dogs, seeks affection, and still responds to human connection even after being failed.

He needs a foster, rescue, or adopter TODAY.
🚨His final notice expires today 4/30 and he will be euthanized tomorrow 5/1🚨
Out-of-state adoptions are possible.

Bogey #A5766072 2yr Male Belg mali/shep mix 73 lbs.

Bogey can be Barrier reactive in the kennel but with correction and guidance, he is able to settle. He is easy to leash and handle overall, though he may pull strongly.
In the yard, Bogey is social with other dogs, engaging in play and responding to corrections when needed. He has a pushy play style and would do best with appropriate dog matches. He also seeks attention from handlers and enjoys interaction.
During handling, Bogey was tolerant of petting and showed no aggression, though he was slightly sensitive when his legs were handled.
On March 29, 2026, a female pedestrian was bitten on her buttocks by Bogey as she was walking past the dog owner’s property. He reportedly ran up behind her and bit her resulting in a puncture wound.

Needs Malinois-experienced foster for 3–4 months or responsible adopter (anywhere in the U.S to the right home) before tomorrow morning.

If you can foster or responsibly adopt Bogey, pls contact us asap:

He doesn’t know he’s going to die tomorrow.

Sarge is only 1 year old.
A Belgian Malinois… the kind of dog people pay thousands for.
A once-in-a-lifetime dog.

But tonight… he sleeps on concrete.
And tomorrow morning… they will end his life at Downey ACC!
Because no one came and the shelter is out of space!

💔 Sarge #A5764736 , 61 lbs | 1 year old | Belgian Malinois

⚠️ A rescue WANTS to save him, so he still has a little chance
He is one step away from walking out alive.

But they CANNOT pull him without help.

🚨 He needs:
• A temporary foster until April 13 without other dogs or who can safely separate
• $2k in pledges for transport to the east coast, care & training — > wrote the amount you wanna pledge (and donate if he will be rescued) in the comments
• ⏳ We only have 12 HOURS to make it happen!!!

That’s it.

That is the only thing standing between life… and death.

If we don’t reach that…
he will be euthanized tomorrow morning.

No extensions. No second chances.

Please don’t let that be his story.

He is unning out of time.

👉 Pledge.
👉 Offer to foster.

🚨Urgent! David is such a good dog but he will be euthanized for space tomorrow 💔

He is only 1 year old.

A baby who is still learning the world isn’t always scary.
When you reach for him, he flinches at first…
But then he leans into your touch.
Like he wants to trust you.

In the yard, he plays gently with other dogs.
He is a happy, social pup who loves making friends wherever he goes. David enjoys playtime with other dogs and has a medium energy level.

He is a kind and good dog.
And none of that was enough to save him.

🚨His final notice expired today.🚨

Which means tomorrow…he will walk into a room and never walk out 💔

All because of space.

📍 David #A5765479

Please don’t assume someone else will.

• a foster (CA/PNW, temporary, zero cost)
• a reputable rescue
• or an adopter anywhere in the U.S.
• pledges for his care
• shares so the right person can find him
