POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two years ago Sarah was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a very fast spreading blood cancer with a mutation. Today she is in remission.

This is the story of Sarah’s journey. Her battle. Her struggles. Her anchors. Her victories. Her mindsets. Her day to day.

Most of us know someone battling cancer. Sarah’s story and her approach to taking on cancer is inspiring and something that I hope we can share with everyone battling this awful disease who might feel alone or beaten down or losing hope.

No one is alone and there is POWER inside each and every one of us. Claim that POWER like Sarah did.

What a blast as the youth group led kids church and served in the infant and toddler rooms! We learned that WE are the church and God wants to use us to build it bigger! The kids wrote names of people who need to hear about Jesus on cups. The structure they built represents the church and reminds them to pray and share the good news with others!

Building a cup pyramid upside down is impossible! It’s just as impossible as building your faith on a weak foundation. Last Sunday we learned there’s a bunch of things we can do everyday to build a strong foundation of faith! Check our cup pyramid foundation for some ideas!

Kids church was full of smiles and sweet songs this Sunday! Lazarus, also known as Ms. Nancy, came forth and the big kids learned that all of heaven rejoices when one lost person is found! Can’t wait to see you all next Sunday!

Do you struggle to believe that you can reach you goals? Does that make things harder for you to invest in yourself?

@stevenson721 struggled to believe she could reach her goals. But she did it!!! This is how! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

“Being a former three season athlete for high school and college, I’ve always had a commitment to fitness and health. Over the past 20 years, Weight training and Yoga have been a very important part of my fitness regime. However, during the past ten years, I let go of the most crucial part...my well-being as it relates to nutrition. Five kids, managing a thriving business, and meeting the daily demands of life took over and I found myself caring for others and not myself. The lifestyle of mindless eating, too little sleep, and nightly wine to help relax needed to change. CBG Online sports and functional fitness Speakeasy challenged me to take upon a nutrition challenge that I committed to on January 4th. Since then, I managed to loose 17 pounds and it won’t stop there! It’s all about mindset, self-awareness and the choice to make the right choices. Mindful eating, more sleep, more water, and zero wine. “Head down, work hard” has always been my mantra. Don’t think you “can’t” because then you “won’t.” You’re worth a whole lot more than you give yourself credit for.”
