The first stands at the top of the Giardino Botanico André Heller on Lake Garda, where Graziella has been director since 1989.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘔𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘐𝘐, 2026.

The title draws on biologist Jakob von Uexküll’s 𝘈 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘯𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘦𝘯 (1934) and his account of the Umwelt: the perceptual world particular to each organism. Uexküll describes time as a succession of moments—the briefest intervals within which the world appears unchanged.

Now permanently on view at Canalside Park, Oxford North.

Commissioned by Thomas White Oxford, the development company of St John’s College, University of Oxford, and delivered in partnership with Contemporary Art Society Consultancy.

Fabricated by Pangolin Editions, where this footage was filmed before the sculpture’s installation at Oxford North.

The first week of Jason Wason at 80 is coming to a close.
It’s been wonderful to welcome visitors into the gallery and share this retrospective solo exhibition, bringing together works from across Jason Wason’s career.

We’ll be open as usual tomorrow, Saturday, from 10am–1pm.

Throwback to working on my Life-Size Kodiak Bear “Indomitable” @pangolineditions

It took me and a team of over 100 skilled workers 3000 hours to create this monumental piece. Indomitable number 1 now stands proudly, outside the Nelson Fitness Centre, on @brownu Campus, in Providence.
