The best part? Watching business owners who walked in as strangers swap numbers, share wins and offer to help each other out. At Showcase SA, this is what we preach: collaborate, not compete. 🤝

Small business is tough enough on your own. It’s a whole lot easier with the right people in your corner.

What an amazing turnout for our Business Alive Masterclass! 🙌 Last Thursday we brought small business owners together at @ambraspirits, and the energy in the room was something special.

Across the day our presenters shared practical, take-home tools to help businesses grow and stay strong:

🤖 Matt Hill on AI, business resilience, and marketing
🔐 Randall Hughson on guard-railing AI and cybersecurity
🤝 Leah Baylis on attracting and keeping great people
📣 Steve Testar on community and getting your business seen

The breakout conversations were just as valuable as the sessions, with new connections made and plenty of ideas shared.

Thank you to everyone who came along, to our presenters for giving their time and expertise so generously.

Small business is the heartbeat of South Australia, and we’re proud to keep backing it. Stay tuned for what’s next.

Steve’s two favourite things: getting his steps in and getting our members connected! 🔔

The introductions happen here, the collaborations follow, and the success stories keep coming. Our member success stories are real and they deserve more noise 💥

So from now on, every member win gets the bell.
South Australia, let’s get better at cheering each other on. We’ll go first!👏🏻

Congratulations to Grant Stevens APM, appointed the 37th Governor of South Australia today. 👏

After 44 years - a remarkable career in public service, including as Australia’s longest-serving current police commissioner, Grant will be sworn in as Governor on 9 December.

And we’re honoured that he’s joining us as a guest speaker at our inaugural International Men’s Day Lunch on Friday 20 November at SkyCity Adelaide, a rare chance to hear and meet South Australia’s incoming Governor.

It’s a fitting moment for a day about men’s health, wellbeing and connection 💙
