Hey guys Alex here ( @aleexturneer_ ), just an update of my condition after my accident Friday afternoon. I went to emergency as soon as I returned to Windsor Saturday night, and got xrays. Then I saw sent home to rest and await the results the next morning. This morning I went back to see the results and it was determined that I had a contusion on my fibial band and that there is a hair line fracture on my fibia. I'm now awaiting my second opinion on Tuesday to decide weather or not I need a cast or a brace. I am now at home resting and supporting the rest of the #InfinitamTrek team as much as I can. Best of luck to the boys as they finish the trek this evening. Thank you everyone for your concern and support. I am on my way to a speedy recovery and will be back on my feet in no time. And I promise the next time this team gets together to do a trek, I won't fall off a cliff. Stay stoked everyone! Alex @aleexturneer_

After a very Serious Fall on rough & steep terrain, we were forced to make the call to turn back on Day 1. The team is back at the hotel, after Conducting First Aid and carrying out our injured teammate Alex. The decision has been made that tomorrow morning Alex will travel back home to Windsor to receive further care, and myself ( @the_adventure_life ) & @stewcornelisse will start again tomorrow and complete the trek as a pair. Long story short, it was a long and hard day. But #InfinitamTrek will still be done. Thank you all for your support, we aren't done yet.
