“One person’s trash is my new favorite fit.”

Finally getting around to sharing my @bmoreflea haul with you all! Being able to shop a look for less and save money is a great, “Have your cake and eat it too” move! Giving clothes a second or first life (depending on if it’s been worn or new with tags) is my favorite thing about thrifting and vintage clothes hunting.

Tips:

-Always bring a reusable tote for new buys!
-Pay the extra fee ($5 cash only) for early entry to get the most rare finds.
-Look around first if you can at most booths before committing to buy most things. Unless it’s something that you can’t live without or one of a kind.
-Bring some cash ($40) just in case you run across a vendor that is cash only. Most vendors take cards, cash app or Venmo now.
-Have in mind a budget for your trip so you can try and stick to it! These markets tend to have you wanting to buy so many things so planning ahead will help.

Even though I did a reel on this experience it deserves on last post because of the deals I found! Should out to all the vendors too!

1. Duck hunting camp vest w/ oversized safety pin (pre owned) $40 (A deal because online they cost around $60 to $70, huge safety pins online re around $8-10 by themselves)

2. A one of a kind #remade what looks to be #selvedge denim mailbag. I had never seen anything like this and couldn’t resist! The vendor gave it to me for a steal which I’m sure would be more in other stores at $50.

3. Lastly, in the picture which is hard to see. I’m wearing a #carhartt that had tags still attached I scored for $10 only because it had a small rip on one pocket that I could sew closed later on. Upon research I found out this exact vest is $80 online now wow!
