Serving the Bikram Yoga practice 26&2 hot yoga classes to metro Atlanta and Decatur since 2002(The Only #bikram in Atl )

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I took a new approach to my class at this year’s Dirty South yoga fest. Creating a theme around finding our muse and Lila (or Divine Play) and non-attachment. Attachment to our creative works but also our desires and expectations of how things are meant to be. We made a mandala here, which i dismantled after, and in it’s fleeting moment of beauty, it brought us joy. 🤩 #practiceandalliscoming

Indoor climbing wall
@jesseowenastin took me for my bday, what a killer time I haven’t climbed in years. What a challenge different muscles for sure , I did hell a lot better than I thought.

Ty brother

Jesse is a killing it, and uses a lot of technique , anyone who knows me knows I just go for it so I had to learn as usual by watching him and others. Tough and fun sport.

@centralrockgym @onelittledeer would be proud

Still Hot Yoga turns 25 years old today. The longest running hot yoga studio in Georgia and currently the last Bikram studio left. We owe it to Eric for creating the vision and community. Cleve and I have remained stewards of this vision and co-owners for 9 of the 25 years. 💚💚💚
