Last Tuesday I was part of the official 45 Day 26 live stream raid on Twitch and that mix is now online over on @fortyfiveday’s YouTube channel.

31 dope tracks on 7”, 3 of which are exclusive one of a kind dub plates. A mixture of classics breaks and reworks, instrumental hiphop and remixes, library music, soundtracks and more.

There were a few issues with overexposure and lag with the new camera. Hopefully that will be fixed for next time.

Slide for clips from the mix…

Slide 1: Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band - Space —> Nas - It Ain’t Hard To Tell (CarbOne Remix)

Slide 2: The Phobos Peopl - Black-Out —> Benny Reid - Day One feat. Pyrmds

Slide 3: Nyboe & Analyse - My Eyes —> NATKAT / Aske The Floppykat - Stjernestøv

Here’s the track list for my mixtape released through Alleycat Anthem a few days ago.

Post- and pre-hiphop library music, jazz and some beats and non-hiphop track from hiphop producers and a few jazzfunk inspired canzone napoletana songs from my vinyl collection.

28 tracks mixed seamlessly together while telling a story and showing the history of those genres.

Hope you like the mix. Please let me know what you favorite part is 🙏

Find it over at Alleycat Anthem’s SoundCloud or in my stories…

I’ll say it again, one of the reasons record stores are so important. Curatation and recommendation. This one from @panamecityrecords and the owner @adripasto’s label @stillmuzik released back in 2021.

The Cuban-based French producer Al Quetz aka Quetzal’s second solo-release Habanologia. The album is an ode to the city of Havana through nostalgic samples from the Carribean island combined with live-instrumentation and song from his friends.

Features by Buddy Sativa, Oldjay, Medline, Niko Coyez, Florian Pellissier, Obsession, Dan Amozig, Fulgeance and Vinczdef.

A really dope instrumental record that captures a certain mood and vibe perfectly. You can almost smell the Water and the palmtrees.
