Yesterday, I conquered my first Spartan Race. Today, I showed up for another challenge! 🏅💪🏾🔥

What better way to start the week than winning with coach @_lovehuyen and Hills family at #OneStepAtATime?! 🖤💛

The energy was infectious, the workout was INTENSE, but the LOVE? That was the best part! ❤️‍🔥 There’s something special about surrounding yourself with people who push you beyond your limits, celebrate your victories, and remind you that growth never happens alone.

Sore muscles, full hearts, and unstoppable spirits. Yesterday was a victory, but today was a reminder that the journey never stops! 🙏🏾💯

📖 Hebrews 10:24 (KJV)
“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works.”

Iron sharpens iron. Faith fuels the journey. Community makes it worthwhile. 🫶🏾

We asked runners: besides the obvious… what’s ONE thing you’d change about running? 👀

Some of these answers might start an argument 😂

Still taking it all in. One year of showing up, moving together, building friendships, trying new things, and creating a community that continues to grow beyond anything I could’ve imagined.

Year one was just the beginning. 🏃🏾‍♀️✨

Here’s to more movement, more connection, more community & so many more memories. 💕
If you see yourself or a friend, tag them!
