Herzstück von Allrad LKW?😳

In meinen Augen der Zwischenrahmen, denn er muss Fahrgestell und Wohnkoffer miteinander verbinden und sie harmonieren lassen.

So ist für meinen LKW vom @rahmen_meister ein federgelagerter Zwischenrahmen entworfen worden. Ich wollte keine Kompromisse eingehen und habe mir kompetente Verstärkung besorgt. Danke für deine Hilfe! Ich hatte fast leichtes Spiel, denn ich musste nur noch zusammenbauen und lackieren.

Danke auch an @stiphy84 , denn er hat beispielsweise die schönen Drehteile angefertigt (letztes Bild).

Danke auch an Benny, für Stapler, Manpower und Hebebühne! Hier hatte ich viele helfende Hände bei der Montage! Danke an alle.🙏👍

Das Ergebnis und der positiv ausgefallene Verwindungsversuch machen mich happy. Überall ist genug Platz und Kollisionen zwischen Kabinenboden und LKW Anbauteilen sind ausgeschlossen. Perfekt!😊👍

Auch für Verwindungen, welche ich überhaupt nicht ausprobieren mag, denn viel hilft bekanntlich nicht viel, ist genug Luft.

Projekt Rahmen abgeschlossen.🙏

Fertig ist die gesamte Konstruktion, denn nun sind auch die Federn am Rahmen.

Dazu habe ich von @stiphy84 diese wunderbaren Aufnahmen drehen lassen (Bild 2). Wirklich tolle Qualität, danke für deine Hilfe! Ein wenig Grundierung und etwas Lack und schon waren die Teile schwarz.

Danke auch an den @rahmen_meister für die Geduld, Hingabe und Detailverliebtheit - es war mir eine Freude den Rahmen mir dir zusammen zu planen!🙏👍

I've been looking for awhile for a dbitgrinder or at least small dividing head with 2 axis, but never found one. That's why I went diy route to attach it to my Deckel LK for grinding tools and most of all endmills. To test it I attached this Deckel clone in a vise. It went well but was lacking some more setup options. This 90 degrees option will open allot of possibilities for grinding. Lets hope it will work as I imagined it.

I had the absolute pleasure to help my friend @stiphy84 aquire this super cool piece of Deckel history. Information on this one is hard to find and ofcourse no manual at hand yet, so please be gentle 😅. Stephan gave me the go ahead on doing an IG post already since it will take hime some time to pick it up. Hopefully he will make a more elaborate post on it later.

So, what we've got here is a Deckel Type 300 / 2016 (?) optical rotary divider table. Now, this thing has had an easy life so far, don't think it ever saw any chips. Accuracy is 👌🏻, the main (sub) scale in the dial window is in 60 minutes of angle. On the left of the window there is a small rotary dial in 60 seconds! I am not sure how to read this one since it is difficult to distinct the overlapping lines. Any information on how to read it properly would be very welcome! The optical system is actually made by Heidenhain.

It is a great score and I'm sure it will be a great addition to Stephan's collection 💪🏻

As I've removed all of the original switches and toggles I had to come up with a new electrical control as well. I decided against an external control box to keep everything nice and tidy inside the limited space of the machine body.

It was a tight fit and I had to outsource the fuses and 24V power supply to the upper part. Overall I'm very happy with the cable management and how everything turned out.

I liked the old style of the red lightning that was painted on the cover, so I made a stencil out of it to keep at least some of the original "oldschool" look.

Thanks at @stiphy84 for helping me with the basic concept of how to wire everything as well as his recommendation of using a 24V control voltage.

I never liked this square nut design on my milling machine drawbar...so I decided to modify it from square 21mm to hexagonal 19mm. I also plan to make a quick pneumatic drawbar change system. Stay tuned 😃

Here it is all finished and shiny. #Haimer 3D taster turned out really great considering to be unrepairable. If someone has a crashed one and doesn't know what to do with it I would gladly take my hands on in and try to repair it and give it a new life. I'm starting to really like this tracing attachment on my lathe...here I'm making a dedicated iso40 tool holder for my 3d taster I fixed some days ago. The material I used was really strange...so stringy that was ridiculously annoying 🙄
