Last night I invited a few beautiful women to an intimate evening event, ‘Homecoming’, a chance to turn inward, return to their essence, and get curious.

We are all walking around with a squad of protector parts in our mind, and they can show up in such tricky ways - imposter syndrome/ the critic/ be perfect/ people pleaser/ anxiety/ guilt - to name a few!

I offered these lovely women a reframe on these parts; how to see them for the loving protectors they are underneath, how to communicate with them and reclaim their Self Energy ❤️

When we can lovingly observe these parts that are so often demonised… magic happens. They get quieter, smaller, we see that they’re just trying to help and they want us to lead ⚡️ THIS is coherence, and wow it feels soooo much better than contraction.

Thank you to lovely Rosie @stir.cornwall for hosting this special evening, it was the perfect space and held us all perfectly ✨

Calling all coffee bars in Cornwall!

I’ve got a bit of freelance availability over the next few weeks, so if your coffee bar needs an extra pair of hands, I’d love to help.

Whether it’s holiday cover, sickness, a busy weekend, or just an extra barista to ease the pressure, I’m happy to jump in.

I’m also available for barista training, team development, workflow support and coffee quality sessions if you’re looking to upskill your team or fine-tune your coffee offering.

If you run a café, or know someone who does, feel free to drop me a message!

Cheers! ☕️🤙
