If you wondered if chatGPT can make your design then watch this. ChatGPT gives you a starting place but really can’t get the job done. I imported the chat image to @stitchalotstudio and let their software make the initial square by square (intersection by intersection) choices. And then I made individual box edits. I brought back the greenery, simplified the borders, reduced the number of colors, and had to make some basic design decisions overall to make this an enjoyable stitch project. Let me know what you think and if you’d stitch a rocky inspired circle. #jhandy_creates #hobbies #needlepoint #ndlpt #rocky

The beauty of designing your own in @stitchalotstudio is you control the canvas size. Want to try 12? Go ahead! Want to try 10? Just one click. Want 18? Click again. Then print it on what you have sourced. Stitch the size you (and your eyes) prefer. #jhandy_creates #hobbies #needlepoint #ndlpt #embroidery

SAVE THIS REEL - A very basic tutorial to show you the power of layers in @stitchalotstudio . I show you how to make a stripe layer, a text layer and an element layer and you never destroy or alter the other layers as you figure out what you want. #jhandy_creates #hobbies #needlepoint #ndlpt #stitchdesign design

*Not actually my first time. I’ve done it a bunch now! I’m even selling my own designs (link in bio). This design was purchased as a cross stitch design and I hand converted it into a needlepoint pattern and jpg in @stitchalotstudio. Then I printed it on zwiegart mono canvas using my home printer. #jhandy_creates #hobbies #needlepoint #ndlpt #printyourowncanvas
