Zoinks, I’m pretty sure @jenvioletcaiiahan tried to show us everything cool between South Lake Tahoe and Round Lake!? We rode through 3 mind blowing meadows, every kind of forest, and swam in 3 lakes and a river along the way. Big thanks for the route Jen, and for all you stinky weirdos that make these trips fun!

Fresh zap ⚡️🔫
Little retro space ray hanging off the arm — bold color, clean lines, and that spark hitting just right.

Always down for fun pieces like this.
Hit me up if you want something weird in the best way.

Done at the @tahoetattooshow this past weekend! What an amazing time! 😁🤘

@dirtbag_ballin was wearing a furry white coat in the @kirkwoodmtn parking lot yesterday at closing day and he asked me “what does closing day mean to you?”

I had been talking with my friends earlier about how grateful I am for this place and the people it’s led me to, but how every year I distance myself from the identity of ski culture a little more, so I said “closing day means gratitude for this place and the understanding that even though the ski hill is closed, I’ll be alright” to which @dirtbag_ballin smiled and said “yeah but tomorrow is gonna suck right?”

I can confirm, waking up to @kirkwoodmtn being closed for the season does suck, despite all that I say about my happiness not being dependent on a very weird sport.

Here are some closing day Polaroids that @stixstickly snagged yesterday.

Until the bull wheel turns again 😘

Made it to Nationals. Glad I got to experience this with my brother, @riley.thach this time. So many ups & downs through training but I did it! Huge thank you to all my coaches who got me here. @tahoejeremy @stixstickly @lucas.snowwalker @josh.bull10 #nationals2026 #sierrateams #skilikeagirl #skilife #peytonvioletkavintrathach

Another mild winter season is coming and going which means I scraped out a little bit of time to reflect on a truly hectic period of my life and then spray it all over the internet. I also finally developed some expired film that I edited a little for this post. For words and unedited film, check out my @substack article, linked in my bio.

I’ve been writing poetry and short stories since I was 8 years old and I’m grateful to keep doing it even though no one asked me for it. Writing can feel like archaeology in that I discover feelings about events as I am describing the events? Does anyone else ever start writing and then discover some feelings they didn’t expect?
