Pre-Season Performance Training 🏀⚔️

Durability starts with how we prepare in the preseason. With our high school basketball athletes, we’re challenging muscles and tendons at longer lengths and building strength in the positions the game can demand.

Deep angles, awkward landings, and unexpected contact are all part of basketball, so we progressively prepare athletes to handle those demands. The goal is to build the strength, control, and capacity to keep competing through a long season.
