Three reps. One Goal.

No shortcuts. Reset, Refocus. Go Again. Just Work.

This is where you find out.

A little chaos. A lot of heart.

Built one rep at a time.

And then you remember why you love it.

Tested my limits and walked away satisfied, but hungry for more.

Proud of this one, but we're just getting started 💪

After 13 months of injuries, rehab, with coach @_qenawy and pushing to get back to a competitive level, I’m finally back on the floor! Made my comeback at the @stndrd.race Championship—one of the biggest hybrid events in Egypt. 🇪🇬🔥. Huge thanks to my team, @raptors_squads Team, my friend @amrwanas1 @shreif-shehab for their constant support throughout this journey. Couldn’t have done it without you guys! 🦾⚡”

Just because no one has done it before you doesn’t mean it can’t be done. Someone has to go first.

I came into this year with one thing in mind: bring the community together and give the Egyptian fitness scene the experience it deserves.

From the workouts and judging to the technology keeping the crowd engaged, every detail mattered. Above all, I wanted to bring a new flavor to the scene.

That meant changing the venue, making adjustments within the team, and giving others the opportunity to step up, take ownership, and lead from the front.

Hundreds of decisions went into bringing Combat/Stndrd to life. Some you could see, others you couldn’t but every one shaped the experience you had.

Launching @stndrd.race alongside all of this was one of the biggest risks I took this year. More pressure, more decisions, and more moving parts in an already demanding weekend. But I believed in the idea and trusted the team to deliver. Seeing its debut run so smoothly made that risk worth taking.

Behind it all was a team that gave this everything. I hope you felt it as much as we did.

And we’re only moving forward from here.

Tell me what you loved and what we could do better, in the comments or my DMs. I’ll read every word and put that feedback to work to make the next experience even better.

Thank you for your trust.
Onwards.
