@athlos a platform that already highlights womens athletics, has partnered with @w.sport_tv a 24/7 Network built ENTIRELY around women's sports! 🔥🔥

While we will always respect Legacy sports like Soccer, Softball and Volleyball, Women's Competitive Calisthenics is what is NOW and the future!

Whats preventing @w.sport_tv from higlighting INTERNATIONAL freestyle calisthenics STAR @mayasilva.sw ? And @thereal1_ms_naima is one of the most decorated athletes in New York City Women's Reps & Sets Calisthenics history. She has a lot more in the tank!

Now there are even more Women in competitive calisthenics leading their own movements and competitions. All they need is someone willing focus on them specifically and take a chance on the talent and product @w.sport_tv @athlos

Also there are Women at home who maybe once played a legacy sport and are now looking to involve themselves in active sports under umbrella of positive mental and physical well being. Even competing on the highest level!

Respect the art. Seeing too many seasoned calisthenics athletes doin this. Even if you’re going for max reps keep em clean. Only the clean ones should be counted. If you’re doing shorties on purpose, more power to you. But make no mistake, if you want them to count, chin over bar and full range of motion is the only way. Not impressed by 30 or 40 sloppy pull ups. Hate if you want, but there are standards in everything. 💪🏾 #workout #gym #calisthenics #grind #fitness

This not for anyone(platforms) I came into the game competing on, but the CALISTHENICS competitions thrown by the wet-behind-the-ears-still .

If it don't make $$, it won't make sense. 2 me at least....

You will respect this work or do not look for me!🤝

(☝️Obviously there are 1-2 exceptions but for the most part☝️)

With that being said OT'S!!! Peace and Love y'all already know what it is , 60 minutes of cardio a day keeps the doctors away, fluff out yuh face, and stress out yuh space 🦾🫀💯💯
