Love your quiet days and find more time to cook outdoors.

🌬We finally have a storm moving into the area and the wind and rain are welcomed. 🍂

Today's to do list:
1. Open the windows in your home
2.Watch the clouds and leaves dance
3. Fire up the grill and cook a meal

Enjoy the peace, there will be other days to be busy and loud.

We had company Saturday night, so meatloaf it is!
2 3pound meatloafs and bbq beans!

1st one is not your mama’s meatloaf, basic meatloaf seasoned up with @blazingstarbbq porkin

2nd meatloaf is your dads meatloaf, onion, tomato, bacon inside and on top and mozzarella cheese on the inside! I it up with @darksideofthegrill big beef rub.

These were both phenomenaly delicious in their own way!

#ad I used @bearmountainbbq Old fashioned pellets for fuel, I really like the flavor of these pellets. They are made from real bourbon barrels, orange, and cherry wood.

And I’m loving #ad @fireboardlabs retrofit controller in the Pro 34, it does an amazing job, this time I used wired probes for a perfect cook!

Just about everybody loves a good steak, and these were pretty darn good! I got these from @stanhopelocker and they were delicious as always!

@bearmountainbbq lump charcoal and Apple wood chunks to give a slightly sweet note were perfect fit this cook! #ad

@fireboardlabs wireless pulse (3) and FireBoard II doing an excellent job of of tracking temps. Internal and pit.

I seasoned the Tommy and zucchini up with @darksideofthegrill big beef rub and the other steaks with @blazingstarbbq beef rub. ( These are both amazingly good rubs!)

@alfrugoni Chimi Churri for some added flavor was on point!

All cooked up on my @biggreenegg XL

And @spaceman_knives doing the honors of slicing these beauties up!

I gotta do steak more often, these were dang delicious for sure!

My son wanted to cook Saturday on the @blackstoneproducts griddle.
Who am I to say no.
Marinated chicken 2 ways and marinaded pork loin.
He did a great job and these came out juicy, flavorful and not over done.

Father’s Day celebration on Sunday was any easy one. And very delicious! Smoked burgers on the custom Texas Elite 34.

The @fireboardlabs pellet controller is amazing!
It hold set temp within a couple degrees +-!

@darksideofthegrill #laflamablanca A.P. Rub in the bbq beans was fantastic! Everyone really liked them!

@blazingstarbbq beef rub in half the burgers was good as always!

@darksideofthegrill #meltoro by beef rub was pretty darn good too!

And you know we chopped up some crispy bacon with our @spaceman_knives EM Wave and put it in the burger too!

#iloveflavor

All in all it was a beautiful day, my parents come over and we had a easy wonderful meal and family time.

And you know I had my favorite @bearmountainbbq savory pellets in the hopper for a smooth Smokey flavor!
