Made a DIY awning based on a design I found from @stokeloafvan. I went one size bigger on the awning itself because we have a bigger van and went with 8’ tent poles (up from 7’) because I’m tall. About $100 and very easy to set up.

Nature inspires my artwork big time!

Last summer I was able to hike onto a few glaciers for the first time and view many more.

I loved it so much I returned again this summer to spend 24 hrs on one 🤍

Glaciers are such beautiful things and experience. The spent time exploring on them feels nearly spiritual.

I hope I get many more opportunities to explore and paint Glaciers ❄️🧊

I’ve been taking photos of KJ and James for YEARS now. This was my 3rd photoshoot with these two, and each time I take photos for them they are always up for an adventure.

When I first took their photos, I got an email from KJ saying she wanted photos with their beautiful baby dog clover before they passed away. We were able to capture some amazing memories before their sweet Angel dog passed away shortly after. I’m so thankful I’ve been able to capture these two and their epic love with all of their fur babies including their newest one Hoagie 🥹.

There is nothing sweeter to me than being able to capture two people in love for all moments of their lives. I really have the coolest job and I’m so thankful I get to meet the most rad humans all because of my camera 🫶.

After nine countries in the last nine months and spending all of our time in the heat, it was finally time for some snow.

Let's shredd @solitudemountain with some of our favorite friends on the road @stokeloafvan . This @ikonpass mountain has never disappointed me.

2019-2020 season I snowboarded 71 mountains, and this Ikonic mountain was one of them. I even hike fantasy ridge and dropped into an amazing run. This time, the ridge was closed 😪 but the day was full of stoke cause we road some amazingly deep pow.

What a roller coaster of a year! 🎢
Moving into 2023 feeling so proud of my community (including my loved ones overseas) and myself for overcoming all the challenges last year brought with such kindness and love in our hearts.

In this new year I call in more LOVE, to stay in the vibration of love and to always remember that I am love. ❤️

As another year comes to an end, we are so grateful for the new friends we've met along the way. These people just happened to be like-minded travelers just like us.

We are all nomads at heart. Cherishing time not only with others but when we are alone in contemplation too. Enjoying new places, experiences, cultures, scenery, and foods.

How to get started with vanlife 🚐💨 PART 4

Diversify the voices you listen to! You should listen to queer folks, BIPOC folks, indigenous folks, people who live part time/full time, people who are solo or married/partnered or poly. Listen to people who live in ambulances, skoolies, vans, cars. Listen to people who DIY’d their vehicle and people who bought theirs.

Everyone’s experience is truly unique and listening to an assortment of experiences will help prepare you for the road better.
