Just dropped something wild. 👀🔥

So I remade the viral Hot Cheeto Cookie everyone’s been talking about. Sweet. Salty. Crunchy. A little spicy. Definitely different.

Now the real question is…

Did I do it better? 😏

Pull up to @ecr.pub tonight and be the judge. Grab one while they last and let me know how it stacks up.

If you’ve had the original, I want the honest comparison. If you haven’t… this is your chance to see what the hype is all about.

🍪 Fresh cookies. Banana puddings. Good vibes.

🍍🍒 NEW COOKIE DROP: PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 🍪✨

Some desserts never go out of style…

Meet the newest creation from O So Delicioso—our Pineapple Upside Down Cake Cookie.

Inspired by the classic cake that brought everyone to the kitchen, this cookie is built from the ground up with rich brown butter, deep brown sugar, warm vanilla, and just the right touch of nostalgia.

Each cookie is crowned with a caramelized pineapple ring that’s slowly cooked in butter, brown sugar, and our signature hot butter rum glaze, then finished with a buttery cherry right in the center—just like Grandma used to make.

Every bite is layered with buttery richness, toasted caramel notes, warm spice, juicy pineapple, and that unmistakable upside-down cake flavor… all wrapped inside a thick, soft, bakery-style cookie.

✨ Brown Butter Cookie Base
🍍 Caramelized Pineapple
🍒 Butter-Rum Cherries
🤎 Brown Sugar Caramel Goodness
🍪 Thick • Soft • Chewy • Baked Fresh

This isn’t just another cookie…

It’s a slice of childhood, reimagined.

One bite will have you wondering why pineapple upside-down cake was ever served any other way.

⚠️ Limited batch available while they last.

Grateful is an understatement. 🙏🏾

A huge THANK YOU to @berniescoffee for welcoming O So Delicioso into your space and allowing me to pop up with you this weekend. The love, support, and community that showed up was incredible, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to introduce so many people to what we’re building.

To everyone who came by for a cookie, grabbed a coffee, shared a post, or simply stopped to say hello—thank you. It means more than you know. I hope some of you found a new favorite coffee spot in the process. Please continue to support @berniescoffee the same way they supported a small business like mine.

Special thanks to my brother @naseisland (Zadok) for making the connection. None of this would have happened without you. And shout out to @fullcirclebarbershop in San Mateo for being the bridge that brought us all together. That’s what community is all about—people opening doors for one another.

This was more than a pop-up. It was another reminder that when local businesses come together, everybody wins.

Here’s to many more collaborations, great coffee, unforgettable cookies, and building something special together. 🤎🍪☕️
