Hammers by: @stonebear369

I’d rather be in South Florida as much as I’d rather of been drinking coffee and sitting in front of a fire than doing this but here is the trick: you gotta step into it. The cold hurts the arthritis and it is what it is. Instead of hiding from it go into it. The same idea of “go into the heart of danger for there you will find safety” is peace. Breathe it in and embrace what the season is. I love warmth and vibrancy that comes with it. I also believe that when you’re cold you have to create your own heat. It starts with seed of idea and is brought to life by the water of action.

Since finding out all the damage I’ve done to my spine and hips, things have changed for the better and instead of feeling like death after training / working out, I feel more energetic and thriving 🙏

Stay moving and they can’t put dirt on you. Take care of the little things that you typically ignore. I neglected circular motions and full movement to just feel great. It was always about doing more instead of enjoying what was there for now.

I like the idea of training with strength within movement of shapes and patterns. Today’s focus was mostly circular but also square and triangular.

All that being said who’s coming to my 2 day retreat this winter in south Florida for mobility and martial arts by the ocean??

@stonebear369 was gracious enough to supply us with incredible hammer trophies for the winners! These are basically family heirlooms that you can hang above your fireplace for the rest of your life to pass out to your grandchildren. #hammer #utah #strength #strongman @gogansgarage @micahgoganofficial @thebrawnyman69 @worldstrengthgames2025
