Latest update: I can finally play Haunting Starring Polterguy! I just used a Mega Drive/Genesis adapter to play on a generic SNES handheld. It runs perfectly, whether I set it to PAL or NTSC region!

So I’ll have to update the firmware of the Mega Sg soon! Thanks to everyone who helped me and gave suggestions!

I think I have one or two games in my collection that I can't quite figure out how to get working.

I got this Haunting Starring Polterguy from Europe, and the seller claimed it's a PAL version. I set my Mega Sg to PAL region, but it doesn’t run. I checked the back of the cartridge and saw it mentions Genesis, so it should be an NTSC version from the US. I set the system to NTSC, but still no luck.

Actually I've tried all regions without success. I don't know if it's a pin issue, but I've already cleaned it with alcohol. In the meantime, I’ll just play the ROM on an emulator.

HALLOWEEN 2015 2/2

DECAP ATTACK - MEGADRIVE 1991
