🎂💖 More birthday celebrations last weekend and what a fun few days it was! 🥰

Started the celebrations on Friday with the most amazing curry at Pam’s with the girls 🍛🍷 Drinks, laughs and a questionable gluten-free birthday cake for mine and Amy’s birthdays… IYKYK 😂😂💖

🚂 Then a train to Brum, shopping (and somehow I’ve already started Xmas shopping… who even am I?! 😂🎄), Lane 7 🎳, Pizza Express 🍕 and a chilled evening at home!

Then Monday, my actual birthday, a 10K run with Rich 🏃‍♀️… who decided a 400m uphill finish was a great birthday present?! Nearly divorced before breakfast! 😂⛰️❤️ Followed by birthday treats, more shopping, Costa ☕ and MORE pizza 🍕😂

Finished the day doing my favourite thing… sweating off all that pizza in a Hyrox class! 🔥💪

From girls’ nights and dodgy cake to family fun, hilly runs and ALL the pizza… 😂🍕 the perfect few days filled with laughs, love and a little bit of chaos! 🥰❤️

Feeling very lucky & very loved 🥹💖 Here’s to another year of growing older, staying active, having fun and making the most of every moment with my favourite people! 🥂✨💖

Because life is all about balance… hybrid training needs pizza AND rest days! 😂🍕💪🏼😴

Starting off the week with a lower body focused session.

Single leg > Plyos > Core > Wall ball finisher.

My ethos is simple. Turn up, work hard, stay in the fight.

My goal isn't to be the best in the room but be better than I was yesterday.
9 days til @hyroxworld Birmingham then I can get my head and heart back in the mountains ⛰️

BAREFUEL and wine gums... got to love a gym sweet😂

"Turn your music down" "change your route" "make sure your route is well-lit" "try not to run in the dark" "leave Life360 on" "stay safe" "call if you need me"

As women, how often do we hear these things when we leave the house for our runs now the dark evenings are here?

Anxiety, fear, apprehension, uncertainty.

And how often do we feel these things running in the dark?

Enough is enough, let's make a stand, it's time to BEAT THE CURFEW together.

We want to light up Stafford, with torches, with fairy lights, with bright clothing, with glow sticks and create light through the darkness.

Solidarity, friendship, COMMUNITY.

26th October 2026, let's come together and make the women in Stafford feel safe to run at night.

Lads - this affects your wives, girlfriends, mothers, sisters, your daughters, come and stand with us.

7pm at Riva in Stafford, a gentle 3km, the point to prove is solidarity - not your pace. You can walk if you want to - no one finishes alone.

See you there 🩷
