First, I want to thank God for believing in me long before I ever knew how to believe in myself. When I thought my story was ending, He was quietly preparing a beginning I could not see yet.
High school was not just difficult. It was a storm I had to survive. I walked through years feeling out of place, unheard, and misunderstood. I felt like I did not belong anywhere, like the world was pushing me out of rooms I was trying so hard to stay in.
People made me question my worth, my purpose, and even my existence. There was a time I did not think I would make it past the age of fourteen, nights where the weight felt too heavy to carry.
But God did.
He carried me through the moments I did not think I would survive. He held onto me when I was slipping away from myself. He turned my pain into strength and my silence into a voice I am finally learning to honor.
Now I am standing here, graduating, growing, and stepping into college with a future I once could not imagine living to see.
My story is different, but it is mine. I would not change a single chapter, because every one of them shaped the person I am today.
To everyone who supported me, loved me, or simply reminded me that I mattered, thank you. Your presence meant more than you will ever know.
This is not the end. This is the beginning of everything God knew I could become.
