Some of our favorite @letterboxd reviews from the @nashfilmfest!!!

Thank you everyone who took the time to share your thoughts about @wthia_movie. Blown away by your reviews on our film. Special shout out to @minisuperheroestoday for such a thoughtful, meaningful, first review. And for diving into all the nitty gritty of the film in person and making us feel oh so seen.

✨WIFE FOR LIFE✨ is a love letter to my freedom.

In a world that is increasingly trying to tell us who to be, I choose to be married to my freedom.

FUN FACT: The beautiful white shawl you see in the music video was my Aunt Leah’s. My aunt’s life helped inspire this feminist empowerment anthem. She lived her life unmarried, childless, and FULFILLED. She lived all over the world helping people, especially women and children, in a male-dominated field. When she passed away in a diving accident in 2022, her boss told me, “There was nobody who could do what Leah did.”

In her honor, ✨WIFE FOR LIFE✨ came to be the anthem it is today. Please stream the whole album, produced by @mac_powell and me, and let us know what you think and stay tuned for the official music video dropping soon!
