Senior Season Up Next 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

@elizabeth_colson thank you for becoming the big sister I never had, a lifelong role model, and a best friend I never knew I needed. Time sure does fly when you’re having fun. I will miss you like crazy but I know you will do such great things at perk. Wishing to have one more centerfield rep with you right now. Go be great kid. Love you ❤️ “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13 🤗

Train Movements, Not Muscles

When we train our athletes we don’t look at programming in body part splits. We design looking at all movement patterns.

Body part splits can help build lean muscle, but they miss out on training the nervous system to produce force, work with other muscles, and handle the stress of sports. They also don’t build strength in the real-life positions you’ll face on the field.
