Blue fur. Black tux. Raymond is in the house! He suited up to join The Florida Orchestra in “Take Me Out to the Ballgame.” Based on this performance, we’d say he’s a hit. Good luck in the World Series, @raysbaseball! Let’s go, Rays! ⚾💙 #RaysUp @mlb

No two charters are the same. Tonight’s guests were in town hosting clients, so we did a sunset cruise with Chef Matthew on board: a three course dinner, then chocolate lava cake and espresso martinis for dessert. They even shared half the lava cake with me. What occasion would you book a charter like this for?

🌴 I have recently moved to St. Petersburg and I love everything about this community! People think it's the beaches, but I'd say it's the people and the small businesses. Every day I meet a new small business owner and see their commitment to making our little slice of paradise even more special. 🇩🇪I recently stumbled upon @mamagsbakeries and felt I'd been transported right back to Europe. The staff were delightful and the regulars were abuzz, giving me recommendations and assuring me I'd be back! 🏡 Every week I attend Entrepreneurial Academy at @stpetegreenhouse and I am inspired by my fellow small business owners—we are a creative, relentless, and passionate bunch! I can't wait to join the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce and meet even more of you. ✨ Our first class dinner was provided by Harvey's 4th St. Grill, and hearing Rosie's entrepreneurial story will keep me going on the most difficult days! It's a true labor of love and so inspiring!! What is your favorite local spot? Please share here, tag a small business and we can build our list! Also...let's go Rays!!!

Come spend a day with me as a small business owner! Yesterday started at 7 AM and didn’t wrap up until I was finally heading home at 7:30 PM. And somehow, I feel like I was everywhere and nowhere all at once! The day was filled with meetings, supporting other local small businesses, celebrating a friend’s incredible 16 years in business, attending a Chamber event, and meeting some amazing new business owners in our community. Somewhere in between, I managed to pop into our office 3 or 4 times, make a stop at Sip & Dry to make sure my hair looked presentable (priorities, right?), and finish the evening at a wonderful Women, Wine & Wellness event hosted by another local business that puts these amazing events together twice a year. Owning a brick-and-mortar business that’s open 7 days a week, while also participating in pop-up events, means there’s really no such thing as a typical workday. Some days I’m a nurse, some days I’m running the business, some days I’m out networking, and most days I’m doing a little bit of everything! But one of my favorite parts of being a small business owner is getting to support other small businesses. Behind every one of them is someone working incredibly hard, taking risks, making sacrifices, and pouring their heart into something they believe in. It’s exhausting, rewarding, sometimes chaotic, and occasionally requires a good hair appointment to hold it all together. Would I trade it? Not a chance. Here’s a little glimpse into what a day in my life actually looks like!
