Feeling stronger enjoying the process and pushing limits I haven’t explored before

These last six months have brought back so much of what I love about powerlifting. A great training program, good people and good energy have helped me find that excitement again. Getting more focused and changing some habits has made a real difference and I’m proud of how far things have come

Lifts throughout the video all in pounds

• Squat 606 × 2
• Deadlift 634 × 2
• Squat 628 × 1
• Squat 591 × 2
• Deadlift 617 × 3
• Squat 573 × 3
• Deadlift 606 × 3

Even attempted a 672 squat and a 672 deadlift almost back to back. A first for me! Excited to keep building on this volume strength and confidence

The goal is still a 1800+ total. Feeling good about the work and where it’s going. Let’s keep moving! 🏁🏁

Even through adversity, we kept showing up. Every setback became another reason to keep pushing. This block is complete.

Highlights:

✅ 650×1 Squat
✅ 640×1 Deadlift
✅ 617×1 Squat
✅ 628×1 Deadlift
✅ 606×1 Squat
✅ 600×2 Squat
✅ 622×2 Deadlift

12 weeks. Every checkpoint completed. Every phase finished. Stronger than when I started. No Hype….Just Results. 🏁🏁

10th Meet Winter Classic @metroflexlbc
8/9 Day

Squat - 551/578/606 (Meet PR, Matched ATPR)
Bench - 259/275/286 (Meet PR)
Deadlift - 573/617/failed 650 (Both thumbs tore)
Total - 685 KG / 1510 lbs (Total ATPR)
First time getting drug tested!

Since I hiked a good amount of my prep, I came in this meet not expecting much. It was just a qualifier for Ultra Nats in May. And I only needed a 1129 lb total to qualify. If my 2nd attempts moved, then I would push it on my 3rd. And since this was a local meet and I went in not caring too much about it, I believed this helped me do well.

Thanks @the_cambodian_titan for the programming and handling. Good luck in Canada. Have fun with your family and your babies!

Thanks @ciscopower1 for helping out!

Thanks @eddieuardo for the fixes! And thanks my family, friends, and @rawperformancesc family for continual support!

See you all at Ultra Nats!

#TBT to @str33tshark making his debut at The Meet 💪💥

The arena was watching
The lights were blinding
But he showed up like a machine
Not that many get to see this side of Matt…
