Moving StrandScience Supplements to the next level has taken everything we have, 20+ years of knowledge, strength, endurance, timing, discipline. We want to pioneer change in this industry and put education and aftercare at the forefront of everything we do.

This picture will mark a pinnacle in production and I’m going to create a legacy around what this picture stands for and represents.

To many this is just a picture, for me this is stepping off the cliff without a parachute and catching flight anyway.

We had a vision. www.strandscience.com

Hair, Mood, Ageing, Immune Support & Focus

This picture will become a global representative for products that deserve to be used by the world.

We are StrandScience a relative lightweight new comer in the supplement world but I’ve always said it’s not the size of the dog in the fight it’s the size of the fight in the dog.

We just want the most premium ingredients and education to be the very baseline of this industry and will pioneer that until it’s a standard.

Many small things done well, routinely over time will result in greatness.

In 1989 I was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism before there were spectrums and fancy label - I was just a poorly behaved child <<< That Hurt

At the time my mum took the option NOT to medicate me but to look at my foods, activities and how to nurture any creative talents I had << That Helped

Now I’m always researching the natural ways and everyone that knows me understands I’m about health and mindset every day <<>> Saffron is the future of ADHD & Mood Regulation 🎯

https://vm.tiktok.com/ZN9eraA1MYtFr-Rg38w/

Research into saffron for ADHD is emerging, with several small clinical trials showing promising results. Saffron is thought to influence the brain’s neurotransmitters—dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin—which are often imbalanced in individuals with ADHD.

Key benefits indicated by the research include:

Reduced Hyperactivity: Studies suggest saffron may be particularly effective at improving hyperactivity symptoms, sometimes more so than conventional medications like methylphenidate (Ritalin).

Improved Sleep: Saffron has been linked to better sleep quality and shorter time needed to fall asleep, a common challenge for individuals with ADHD.

Enhanced Mood and Emotional Regulation: Saffron has well-documented antidepressant and anti-anxiety properties, which can help manage mood swings and emotional dysregulation often associated with ADHD.

Antioxidant and Neuroprotective Effects: Saffron’s active compounds, such as crocin and safranal, possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may protect brain cells from damage.

Adjunct Therapy: Some studies found that using saffron in combination with methylphenidate was more effective in reducing symptoms than the medication alone.
