⚡️👁 I’m so excited to announce the next cohort for my course: ~VIBRATION + VISION*

🧚🏽 It is truly a one-of-a-kind experience... maybe that’s why I can hardly find the words to explain what it is we do❕

✨ It always amazes me to hear how participants integrate the material into everyday life- and when I get messages (even months later) about how the downloads keep coming through, I know I’m doing something right. 🙏🏽🔮☄️

🪄 In 4 succinct sessions over one weekend, we will dive deeper than you’ve probably ever gone into the art and science of #meditation + #breathwork practices as they’ve been elucidated by both the ancient mystics, seers and sages & within modern mind-body medicine. 🧘🏽🧬 We’ll use ‘bija’ #mantra as a vehicle to grow our understanding because it is the essence of sound vibration. 🎵🎶 From that seed of sound, everything else unfolds. 🌱🐛🦋

🧖🏽‍♀️🌵🌄 A scene from this past summer in Joshua Tree... where VIBRATION + VISION was born!!🌱🐛🦋✨

What an incredible experience and community these past few weeks @sanskritsangha! 🤯 In the course we found ourselves tuning into mantra 🦢 🕉 but also connecting with art history, mythology, symbolism, psychology, physiology, harmonics, physics of sound, quantum theory.... and so so much more. 🔮🧬 what I heard the most: 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

🌌 This was an inspired offering that came from a place of deep curiosity and vulnerability in conversation with @billydelelles (have you listened to @williamcasmusic ?!)
🛸 We synthesized downloads from our combined expertise and experience in the fields of #music, #meditation and #energyhealing and shared ways in which we connect to our inner resources ✨ for healing, creativity and deep transformation... not just in our art but in our lives and particularly within our communities.

⚡️V+V CREW🚀 Thank you for rocking with me and for allowing me to share what I LOVE! Humbled to be in the company of experts in sound, energy, anatomy, art, music!!! 🖖🏽🙏🏽 I’m grateful for your trust as we explored sound and the subtle body 🌀 May the teachings strike a chord in your heart 💗

I had an incredible time teaching my last workshop: VIBRATION & VISION! 〰️ 👁 It really was an inspired offering in so many ways. Thank you to everyone who was part of it!!! A mashup of meditation, breathwork, lecture, discussion and integrative soundbath! I feel so grateful to be able to share the wisdom of the sages and make Sanskrit more accessible for all. In 6 hours I think we covered more ground than most advanced yoga teacher trainings 🤯 What I’ve heard most from students (who come from all backgrounds- not just yoga teachers!) is that they now have words to describe experiences they’ve had and things they’ve felt....and that the offering need not be understood intellectually for one to reap the benefits. We work through the teachings and the teachings work on us! 🙏🏽 so ‘ham 🦢✨
