Strange Ways - Heat

@strangewaysldn releases a new single in a couple weeks. I learned their whole set at one point and sent them videos trying to harass my way into the band. Very excited for the new single.

Don’t Talk To Strangers
March Issue.

Here’s the flip through.

Inside, we tipped our hat to a few community friends who keep this place interesting. Bands, artists, regulars, and a few names you already know.

Print copies are out in the neighbourhood at spots we trust. See one, take one.

If you’ve got a shop, bar, café, or studio and you want a stack for your counter, send us a message.

Full issue is online. Link in bio.

Toys 4 Tots. Fourth annual holiday ruckus at The Diver.
Santa took a seat. Elves clocked in. Guitars yelled. Judy Is a Punk stayed on repeat like it owed us money.

Cash hit the jar. Toys filled the room. Drinks disappeared.
Staff ran tight. Bands played like rent was due.
The crowd did the heavy lifting and didn’t ask for a receipt.

Over a thousand raised in cash and toys because this place shows up when it counts.
If you missed it, Toys 4 Tots is still taking donations.
If you were here, hydrate and stretch.

Tonight at The Holy Diver.

Buy a drink.
Something extra lands next to it.
Cold glass. Warm regret.

Dr. McGillicuddy’s on the board.
Jäger or Fireball waiting their turn.

Also happening
the 4th Annual Ass Party
still unexplained
still undefeated

Doors open. Lights low.
Music loud enough to blur the edges.

Same spot. Same mess.

PS $5 TEQUila too!

Saturday night at the Diver.
The 4th Annual Xmas Party is on.

Strange Ways.
Wired Wrong.
Age Of Despair.
Yeah Bud!!!

$10 at the door or bring an unopened toy.
Doors at 9pm.
Everything goes to Toys for Tots.

Bands get loud.
Santa looks annoyed.
Someone wins cash.
Someone loses their voice.

Bring a toy.
Bring a friend.
Or just show up and deal with it.

The calendar says holiday cheer, but the room smells like leather jackets and burnt tinsel, so it must be time for the Holy Diver 4th Annual Xmas Party.

$10 at the door or hand over an unopened toy if you want to start December with at least one good decision.
We’ve packed a stack of giveaways in the back room beside the broken light fixture. Keep an eye out.

The lineup steps in and shakes the place sideways:

STRANGE WAYS
WIRED WRONG
YEAH BUD!!!
AGE OF DESPAIR

Each group brings its own flavour of noise, triumph, and questionable life choices.

Slide over to the UNHOLY CLAUSE BOOTH, where our Diver Santa poses for photos with the same energy he brings to late-night parking-lot conversations. The suit’s old, the beard’s older, and the expression does all the heavy lifting.

Then check THE HOLIDAY CASH GRAB, our seasonal take on a raffle. Bills fly around, the crowd argues, and the pot lands somewhere useful. Every bit goes straight to TOYS FOR TOTS, making this the rare moment where Diver nonsense helps somebody on purpose.

Bring a toy, bring a pal, or just bring yourself and hope no one asks questions.
Xmas at the Diver: the paint peels, the bands shred, and somehow the place keeps running.
