Wolf In White music video is out today. 🖤🥀

Pulling something like this off as an independent artist was an absolutely insane task, and the only reason it was possible is because every single person involved is a genuine friend, not just an industry connection. The amount of love and support I received in bringing this vision to life is humbling, and I’m so grateful.

A massive thank you to every single person involved. I couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you to @heybenschuller for directing and editing this one- having friends that are passionate means the world to me. And a special thank you to @thetwelvethirtyclub Nashville- I’ve spent over four years working here to support myself while pursuing my craft, so having the opportunity to use this building to bring my vision to life was such a gift.

I wrote this song because I believe its message is important. The video tells the story through metaphor, but at its core this song is about discernment. It’s about protecting the purity of your heart while understanding that not everyone moves through the world with the same intentions.

I’m proud to be making music and art that is still 100 percent human. (Weird to even have to clarify this now)

I've called this thing I'm doing in music rnb therapy. it was meant to help others, but man... writing and producing my first ever full length album has been so healing for me. I am learning so much about myself, about why we as humans go through what we do - emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually - it's a lot. best songs i've ever written, best tracks i've ever produced, hands down. i'm learning to rest intentionally and that has turned the creative faucet back on. some days are still dark af. some days I have a blast. some days I work out and eat clean. some days I ravage the local ice cream shop. I went swimming with sharks again and @shanekesneck told me I have an adrenaline problem bc of trauma lol but hey it's better than drugs! speaking of, switched meds and doing better with sleep, so that's good. anyway I'm back on socials but I ain't playin no algorithm game anymore. imma post whenever and whatever I feel like bc my mental health is more important, and so is yours.

Olde Bar, new memories 😉
I played my first ever artist show in this very room 10 years ago. @smithsoldebar, it always feels like a hometown show when we’re back in atl - thank you so much for letting my sis @lauren_gottshall and I have our first (of many to come) dual bill together! Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out, this weekend made my soul happy. 🤎
