I can’t believe I have a one year old daughter. Delphine is ever-curious, always has a smile on her face, and is completely off the charts on height (makes sense when your mom is 5’10” and dad is 6’6”!).

We threw two birthday parties in the two places we call home-one city mouse, one country mouse. The theme comes from parable, but it’s become an ongoing conversation in our household: I grew up in Idaho but am definitely a city mouse. Will grew up in the heart of the Upper East side but is definitely a country mouse. So what will Delphine be?

As we’re finding our footing in Judaism as a family, the NYC party was fully kosher. In Boise, that was a little more challenging.

One of my favorite parts of motherhood is finding a way to be creative every day—and seeing that creativity come alive in my daughter’s eyes.

This travel themed bar mitzvah catered by Glatt Express gave us first class cabin level food without any economy shortcuts.
The luggage tags ensured each person got their assigned seats. This event truly was

A week since this Post Pesach simcha💙! Shabbos jobs are always a lot of work but the Shabbos that starts 24 hours after Pesach ends , is quite the challenge; however when your awesome vendors all step up to the plate , and you daven a lot … it happens 🙏💙
