📍 Peryman Square, Cronulla
🫵🏽 All levels welcome, run with us

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Since 2023 we’ve been running in circles… and I still get excited to see everyone every Sunday.

If you’d like to join and see what it’s all about it’s a simple as:

1. Turn up - every Sunday (be at the track 6:55am) - this is the hardest part… you execute here, the rest is all reward

2. Walk, jog, run … choose your own adventure

And it’s free… no hidden agenda…

Why? Because everyone in our community should have access to programs that bring people together in a supportive environment to improve all aspects of health.

Tag your friends and family you’d like to join the crew… see you all next Sunday ❤️‍🔥

EVERYONE has a story. Not everyone knows how to tell it. ❤️

Behind the smiles, the jokes and the words “I’m alright” can be battles nobody sees.

I’ve fought my own battles, and I’m still learning that strength isn’t about carrying everything alone.

This World Mental Health Day, I’m asking one thing:

Check on your people. Listen to the answer. And check again tomorrow.

Mental health isn’t just about veterans. It isn’t just about those with a diagnosis. It’s about EVERYONE.

You matter. Your story matters. And you don’t have to face it alone.

No one gets left behind. Not one bloody person. 🤙

If this reaches someone who needs to hear it today, please share it.

A year ago, I joined the run club because of work. Nobody on my team ran, and if not me, then who?

I hesitated. I knew I hated running. Like, really hated it.

A year later, it’s one of the things I look forward to most every week.

Running has always felt intimidating to me, so I decided to start running anyway.

Over the last two months, I’ve slowly worked my way up in the k’s and last week I ran my longest distance yet, 10km!!

The next thing that intimidated me? Run clubs. So, obviously I decided to go to one.

Here’s to doing more of the things that scare me… and to the next goal: a half mara next year & maybe finally get onto strava 🤏🏽🏃🏽‍♀️
