What an honor it is to have been a part of this beautiful “Washington DC meets Paris with a little bit of @dollyparton sprinkled on top” wedding! And to have it published in Washingtonian Weddings Magazine (see link in profile) for all to enjoy, is tres magnifique! It was a joy to work under the creative direction of @celebratinglovebymarcie who worked closely with Liz and her mother for a year and a half to ensure the layers of beautiful details were curated perfectly! This classic, timeless celebration began with the bride getting ready at the historic @hayadamshotel followed by a traditional Catholic ceremony at @st.alsgonzaga , completed by a classic black tie reception at the #armynavycountryclub . Liz and Alex’s reception showcased sentimental nods to Paris, Nantucket, the French Countryside, and their beloved Washington DC. But, ever present was the couple’s smart, witty personalities, and their undying love of their sweet fur baby, @jolene_jolene_jolene_joleneeee ! Remembering back to this rainy September wedding.
