POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

15 years running this gym and I still showed up to AffiliateCon with a PVC pipe in my hand and a pen ready to take notes.

Because the day you think you know it all is the day you stop growing.

Thank you to every owner and coach who shared their wins, their struggles, and their lunch line conversations. Our community is about to feel the difference.

At CFNF, our Committed Club is designed to recognize members who make their fitness a priority month after month. Each month, athletes who meet our attendance goal earn recognition and opportunities to win prizes throughout the year!

A HUGE shoutout to Stacy Broyles for making the Committed Club for 9 straight months and winning a FREE pair of shoes! 👏🏼

And the rewards don’t stop there! Members who make it all 12 months earn an exclusive Committed Club T-shirt and a chance to win an entire YEAR of FREE membership!

The prizes are awesome, but the real reward is what happens when you consistently show up for yourself. 🥹💜

This is NOT a race. This is NOT a competition. No weight, no distance, and no time is required.

This event is for everyone. With varying terrain and route options, participants can choose the challenge that best fits their ability and comfort level. Walk or ruck at your own pace—there is no minimum distance and no required weight or pace.

ALL Donations and Event Proceeds will be directed to @stjosephcountyunitedway to help fund local programs focused on mental health education and suicide prevention.

Whether you complete one lap or keep moving for the full two hours, your presence matters.

Five years ago, this was just a dream Joy and I couldn’t shake. Today, there’s no imagining our lives without it. 😭

I’ve started typing this caption a few different times today and deleted it because I really don’t know how to put five years of this into words.

Joy and I have poured so much of ourselves into this place. Our time, our energy, our finances, our prayers, our family…all of it.

There have been plenty of moments over the last five years where we probably had every reason to slow down, play it safer, or just be satisfied with where we were.

But that’s really never been us.

We’ve just kept chasing hard after this dream.

We’ve taken risks. Made mistakes. Celebrated some incredible wins. We’ve had seasons that stretched us further than we thought we could go. We’ve prayed a lot of prayers inside these walls, cleaned a lot of floors, coached a lot of classes, sent a LOT of texts, had hard conversations and sometimes doubted how it would all work

But we never stopped chasing it.

And somewhere along the way, the dream stopped being about owning a gym.

It became about people.

About creating a place where people know your name, notice when you’re gone, celebrate you, and challenge you to become more than you thought you could be.

A place where our kids get to grow up. Where friendships become family. Where coaches invest in people.

A place where we get to Embrace. Encourage. Equip. people to become stronger humans inside AND outside these walls.

And THAT is what Joy and I are most proud of.

The culture.

We haven’t perfected it. Not even close. But we care deeply about it. We fight for it, we protect it, and we’ll never stop trying to make it better.

We’re incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted us with an hour of their day, every coach who has carried this mission alongside us, and every family who has believed in what we’re building.

But I think my favorite part about celebrating five years is this:

We don’t feel finished. Not even close.

We’re still dreaming.

Still learning.

Still becoming better leaders.

Still building a top-notch team & culture and knowing our best days are still ahead of us.

We’ll also be unveiling something new at the party! Here’s your hint: every class you attend moves you one step closer to earning your place on it. 👀

📣 MEET THE CRASH PROOF CROSSFIT TEAM 📣

Proudly CrossFit - Different on Purpose - Community Focused

Group CrossFit. CrossFit Kids. E3 No Limits. Barbell Club.

Different coaches. Different strengths. One purpose: Change peoples lives. Meet people where they are and help them become more capable, confident, and prepared for life.

We don’t just count reps—we notice the person doing them.
We don’t just celebrate PRs—we celebrate progress.
And we believe fitness is for everyone.

More than a coaching staff. A team that genuinely cares about people.

And yes… Jackson remains undefeated at Individual & Group Cuddles. 🐶😂
