這個月連續面談完全讓我喉嚨痛炸，
卻各方各面更加肯定自己的產業，
同時也更感念自己當初的選擇。

大量的面談年齡橫跨兩輪，
從19歲大學生到屆齡40的人，
更加感嘆轉職真的需要勇氣。

20歲的人關卡是怕夢想破碎，
30歲的人關卡是要歸零重新開始，
40歲的人關卡是思考沈沒成本。

其實，真正的卡關都無關年紀，
最合適的轉職時機首先是10年前，
下一個合適的時機絕對就是現在，
能夠擁有與年紀相對應的價值，
不論何時都能無所畏懼的吧？
