3 reasons to start training 👀
.
Im like a proud mother filming my clients🥹
.
Ok. Reason ☝️mental health

Training helps with your mental health and mood. Any type of movement releases endorphins and serotonin (your feel good hormones) making you feel really positive and full of energy for the rest of the day.

Reason ✌️ discipline and confidence

Strength training doesn’t just need muscles but also mental strength to push yourself to your next level and to show up on days you rather be at home. This builds discipline, mental strength and confidence in yourself.
.
Reason ☝️✌️ better sleep

If you are dependent on coffee to keep you alive during your work shift you NEED strength training. As mentioned before strength training gives you energy but also makes your sleep quality so much better due to physical exhaustion you feel towards the end of the day.

Train smart? not hard?? But you need to push your limits???
.
Yes you need to get outside of your comfort zone in the gym and in life. But training hard usually is associated with doing some insane split with 7 trainings sessions a week each lasting 2h.
.
To feel more confident and comfortable in your skin all we need to do is train smart, not hard.
.
2 intense and effective session per week with some small yet sustainable lifestyle changed is all we need to take back control over your health.
.

Form, muscle mind connection and the correct load is the recipe to success.
.
.
RDL are very functional and difficult to master. The amount of times a client told me “i feel this in my lower back😭”.

Its normal to feel your lower back work during an RDL. Your lower back, gluteus and hammies are all a part of this exercise. BUTT to really feel your BUTT you need to hinge your hips even more.

What is a hinge motion??
Imagine your pushing a door shut with your booty. That how far back you need to throw it😎.
Bend your knees a little but focus on the main movement coming from your hips.
And most importantly. Keep your spine neutral. Arching your back during an RDL will reduce the tension on the gluteus.
.
.
Looking to perfect your form and muscle mind connection? Lets connect 😏 I specialise in helping beautiful women embrace their confidence and build their dream body. Lets get it before summer comes😳❤️‍🔥

How to get that ⌛️ body?
.
Train your back! Legs are important but having a slightly broader back gives the optical illusion of a smaller waist and that hourglass figure.
.

Been looking for a sign to start your journey? THIS IS IT! Summer is close but my DM is closer😎 lets get you ready for summer today❤️‍🔥
