What does it mean to gather together in circle? This is the first tenet of coming together as a group. Accept that #everyone including #you is necessary and has a #purpose there. When we sit in a circle, weโ€™re implicitly suggesting that we are all #equal and that we are connected. There are circles where small #miracles can happen. Tiny sites of microcosmic #magic where people can glimpse something greater, #wiser, freer than this limiting #path that we have been force fed. A circle encourages us to #slow down and listen deeply, allowing us to #respond authentically rather than rehearsing our thoughts. This practice fosters honest and #heartfelt #communication, which then extends to all aspects of our lives, making us more #genuine in our relationships. As we become more #vulnerable and open in these moments, we not only address our own #emotions but also #connect more deeply with others, ultimately strengthening group dynamics and #collaboration. Join in circle with us at the @krishnavillage for @thaivedic Yoga Therapy Level 1๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ”—Link in bio. #circle #vulnerability #gathering #connection #togetherness #group #healingjourney #thaivedic #kimmananichols #acceptance #authentic #selflove #healing

Iโ€™ve been trying out the StretchA Method floor flow stretches on the table. Canโ€™t wait to take Sandraโ€™s table course so I can learn all the modifications. I get lots of messages about what classes Iโ€™ve taken. Iโ€™ve taken too many to name throughout the years, but Sandraโ€™s course was one of my favorites! Her course was thoughtful and so valuable to my practice. Go sign up ๐Ÿ˜˜ @stretcha.method

Did you know that knee #pain is commonly due to #misalignment in posture and can be fixed with bodywork and by activating specific Sutras? ThaiVedic SAFER Strength sutras are designed to provide general orientation on how to move towards more optimal alignment, a posture that supports healthy #circulation and relieves strain in the #joints. The actions described are a positive #response to the most common misalignments which limit circulation, stress joints and inflame connective tissue. By performing these actions in every #asana and integrating them into your daily postural habits you will increase ease in your #posture, lengthen the #spine, open microcirculation in the joints, and strengthen connective tissue. ๐Ÿ“ธ@kimmananichols teaches ThaiVedic Nava Sutras while discussing #bones, important #muscles, common #conditions, trouble-makers of the knee and leg & SAFER treatments ๐Ÿ“ธKimmana & student @alexrenko applying hands on #Therapy in Thaivedic 200hr Training Level up your practice with @thaivedic Yoga Therapy. ๐Ÿ”—Link in bio #holistic #habits #kimmananichols #thaivedic #kneepain #holisticliving #inflammation #holisticwellness #safe #movement #posturecorrection #thaivedicyoga #asanapractice #bodyworker #holistichealth #exercise #yogapractice #yogatherapy

There is something beyond words that happens when you immerse yourself for four weeks into a space filled with profound learning about our body, mind, and soul, all while being surrounded by nature and like-minded souls on a similar path. We moved. We touched. We breathed. We danced. We cried. We released. Each day, we delved deeper, discovering incredible wisdom and knowledge that now pave new paths for our journeys forward. My heart is full, overflowing with gratitude for every moment. I am deeply thankful for the connections made, the lessons learned, and the transformative experiences shared. As I look ahead, I am excited to integrate all that I have absorbed; eager to pour my heart and passion into this journey, carrying the magic and wisdom of these four weeks with me. @thaivedic @sebastian_thaivedic @kimmananichols @barbra_noh_yoga @joaopauloyoga #yogajourney #ayurvedalifestyle #thaimassage #holistichealth #mindbodyspirit #wellnessjourney #natureheals #spiritualgrowth #mindfulness #selfcare #transformation #innerpeace #yogacommunity #wellnessretreat #gratefulheart #healingjourney #holisticliving #personalgrowth #yogaretreat #selfdiscovery #healyourself #wellbeing
