POV: You barely survived the workout and Coach Asher pulls up with the COLD eucalyptus towel🥶🌿

Because the little things make a big difference🤌🏼

Let’s be honest…who actually just shows up at the gym for the cold towel?🙋🏼‍♂️

One workout, a dozen different ways to attack it.

Today’s session was a perfect example of what makes Westbound work. Every age and fitness background in the same room pushing to improve.

One program. One goal. Make YOU fitter, healthier, and happier📈

Shoutout to everyone who showed up and put the work in this morning🔥

Member Milestone - First names on the wall 👊

Since June 7, 2024 - These 9 members have already hit some huge class milestones at Westbound:

Jess Sandstead – 794
Megan Anderson – 777
Edvina Leboeuf – 724
Ronnie Lopez – 700
Heather Tribble – 697
Dale Johnson – 658
Lisa Johnson – 642
Aaron Leboeuf – 638
Joe Tribble – 606

That’s a lot of early mornings, long days, workouts they didn’t feel like doing, and still showing up anyway.

Pretty cool to see the first signatures go up on the wall. Excited to watch that list keep growing 🔥

Super proud of and happy to support these 5 showing off their fitness💪🏼
2 first time competitors, 2 masters, and 2 that have just started CrossFit within the past year1️⃣
You all absolutely crushed and gave it everything you had🫡
Also, super proud to have a community of people willing to come out and support their peers on Saturday and Sunday, AND cheer louder than everyone else out there📣

Does your warm up have intention behind it?
Ours does🔥
Are your coaches leading you step by step?
Ours are🧑‍🏫
Do they give you specific instruction and scaling options?
Ours do📈
Are they busy videoing you, or are they coaching?

Ours coaches have one job…to coach💯
