Traditional stretching often targets muscles alone, but it misses a crucial part of your body’s movement system: the fascia. Myofascial stretch therapy focuses on releasing tension in this connective tissue, improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall performance.

Unlike regular stretching, myofascial stretching:

Targets the fascia to unlock deeper flexibility
Helps reduce chronic muscle tightness and discomfort
Supports faster recovery and injury prevention
Improves posture and movement efficiency
If you want to stretch smarter, feel better, and move freer, myofascial stretch therapy is the game-changer you need.

Therapist swap + soul recharge with my fellow Myofascial Stretch Therapist, Nat from @stretchplusperth 💆🏼‍♀️🤝💆🏽‍♀️

So grateful for a much-needed catch-up and stretch session — we both gave, we both received, and our fascia are thanking us for it! 🙌🏼

I loved the arm work Nat did on me — so essential for a busy therapist who’s always using their upper body. And it felt amazing to return the favour and get my hands on Nat too.

Nothing better than connecting with skilled, like-minded practitioners who understand the power of this work 💫

If you've ever had the pleasure of attending one of Nats' classes, you know they aren't to be missed!

Catch Nat tomorrow afternoon 4:30pm & 5:30pm. Trust me when I say run 🏃‍♂️ don't walk!

For those of you who don't know, Nat has her own small biz @stretchplusperth, and we can't recommend her enough 💕

Community 💜

After spending 15 years away from home it was always going to be tough coming back.

We are 3 and a half years back in Freo and I’m feeling super grateful for the community of people I get to hang out with at work and in life 🧡

People that are curious, learning, growing and love to laugh 💙
