website view --------- we wanted our page to feel like you're stepping into an artist's intimate space. drafts, calculations, grid marks, slightly disorganised but held together. at the same time, it’s still a shoppable space / shopsite, so we made sure it stayed clean enough for a comfortable user experience. not included: cart and search function (next post) --------- slide 1: updated landing page images and added sign up newsletter modal slide 2: small text animations and cute flower cursor slide 3: product hover animation! this is my favourite custom animation by far, cant believe i did that from scratch ngl slide 4: product listing page, link to process video and custom zoom in interactivity

our shop updates, mobile view, from a girl who misses coding slide 1: added a join newsletter modal. took me awhile to choose the right email service for the brand’s current scale + one that had clear integration docs i could actually understand right away with my coding abilities slide 2: updated images (there are 3 on desktop). realised all my images were HUGE so i compressed almost all of them by 90% so the website loads way faster now but def have to update the product listing images as well slide 3: added a “swipe through to view” text for ux because my carousel had zero indication that it could be swiped 😭 i didn’t even notice for quite awhile </3 definitely did not think that through when building the carousel component slide 4: it’s always a slightly hacky situation between me, hydrogen, and shopify but i finally added a clickable link so you can see what goes behind the piece #shopifywebsite #shopifyhydrogen
