The whole thing was so special it’s going to take a few posts to get me off this cloud! And I’m not even going to apologize for it. 😽

Wow! We had such a big, fun, FULL Thanksgiving!!! We’re super blessed that we can have both sides of the family come together and enjoy each others company. That we can have the chaos of cousins running around the yard. That we get to continue our favorite pumpkin smashing tradition. That we get time to reflect and enjoy the gifts of this life together. ❤️ So Thankful.

We just spent an amazing week finishing off the end of the girls competition season at Tremaine National Finals in Orlando. Everyone did so well and I am so proud of the whole team for all their hard work, dedication and talent. It was also Isla’s last time competing on stage, which was bitter sweet. But, I am excited for the next part of her journey.

#memademay day 22! One of my most-made patterns ever is the Hideaway from @stripedswallowdesigns It's a quick and easy sew and when's with so many different types of knit fabrics (My second favorite is made from a sweater knit 😍) I also like to lengthen it to turn it into a dress!

The League of Dressmakers Annual Tournament has begun! Challenge One: Sew anything using either upcycled or unconventional materials. I upcycled my grandmother's tablecloth after a tea dye into some shorts for a Free People vibe. #coachcellashorts #stripedswallowdesigns
